Interior photo of the sanctuary
A two story addition to an existing synagogue. The young Israel synagogue needed a new sanctuary to house its large growing base of worshippers, especially for high holy days. The new sanctuary was equipped with tall ceilings and stained glass windows as well as a second floor for women congregants, and rooms for temporary lodging and classrooms. Exterior design was made of stone and stucco.
